TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Allain & Baigent Group representing the brand MARK BAIGENT provides the website shop.markbaigent.com and sells garments and accessories. These Terms & Conditions shall apply in the latest version to all orders and contracts made by MARK BAIGENT and the client, who either is a private person of full age or a company placing a wholesale order. No subsequent agreement in any way altering these Terms & Conditions shall be binding on MARK BAIGENT unless made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of the "Allain & Baigent Group”.
2. IMPORTANT ADVICE
2.1 Any goods on our website shop.markbaigent.com are presented in a true-to-life manner to a large extent. Due to different settings or performances of screens or printers, the illustration can differ from the real appearance. MARK BAIGENT cannot guarantee consistency.
2.2 The products as presented on the website can be out of stock or unavailable for other reasons or vary in price in individual cases (special orders). The presentation of goods on the website is no binding offer. Unless specified otherwise, all mentioned prices are given in EURO, incl. VAT plus shipping costs. Please note that if you order from outside of Indonesia, import taxes and duties might apply, and you must settle within your country.
2.3 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; don't hesitate to get in touch with your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from shop.markbaigent.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
SHIPPING RATES
All our parcels are shipped out with STANDARD WORLDWIDE DELIVERY and generally takes 7 - 14 business days from dispatch to reach you. We do not have express shipping options at this time.
We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide for all online orders valued OVER 300 € in a single transaction. Orders valued UNDER 300 € will incur a flat rate shipping fee. Please see below for our flat rate shipping fees.

TAX AND DUTIES
MARK BAIGENT takes no responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your local government.
All taxes and duties differ between countries and states, and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.
While we will endeavour to inform all our customers regarding relevant import restrictions that we are aware of. Understanding such restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.
For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
5. PAYMENT
Payments, including shipping fees, are accepted via credit card, Paypal or direct Bank transfer. In the event that ordered goods are not available at present, any amounts credited in advance will be refunded immediately unless the client is willing to choose a different item.
5.1 Paypal
By choosing the payment option Paypal, the customer agrees to pay immediately after the purchase order. Affirmation of the contract and delivery will be effected upon receipt of payment. MARK BAIGENT is entitled to cancel an order if the payment is not made within five working days of the order.
5.2 Credit Card
All credit card information (numbers, expiry dates, etc) will be handled with an encrypted protocol automatically to ensure that neither MARK BAIGENT nor a third party has access to this information. This credit card information will only be used again after the purchase transaction in the case of eventual refunds. Please note that this s a direct withdrawal.
5.3. Direct Bank Transfer
If you cannot complete a purchase via credit card or PayPal, MARK BAIGENT also accepts direct Bank transfers. All transfers must be made within 5 working days of the order. Once the payment is received, the order process will start. We recommend using www.transferwise.com for your international transfer to avoid high banking fees.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return and exchange them - according to availability - within 7 days after the arrival of the goods. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at office@markbaigent.com. You may return the item for assessment. After the assessment, we will first approve either repair or the replacement, or alternatively a credit. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide you with a credit in the value of the product. Kindly note that we do not cover the shipping costs of returning your goods and we do not offer cash refunds.
