SHIPPING POLICY
All our parcels are shipped out with STANDARD WORLDWIDE DELIVERY and generally takes 7 - 14 business days from dispatch to reach you. We do not have express shipping options at this time.
We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide for all online orders valued OVER 150€ in a single transaction. Orders valued UNDER 150 € will incur a flat rate shipping fee. Please see below for our flat rate shipping fees.

TAX AND DUTIES
MARK BAIGENT takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your local government.
All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.
While we will endeavour to inform all our customers regarding relevant import restrictions that we are aware of. Understanding such restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.
For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return and exchange them - according to availability - within 7 days after the arrival of the goods. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at office@markbaigent.com. You may return the item for assessment. After the assessment, we will first approve either repair or the replacement, or alternatively a credit. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide you with a credit in the value of the product. Kindly note that we do not cover the shipping costs of returning your goods and we do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Suppose your product is approved for a refund. In that case, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied.
Please note, that we do not offer cash refunds. Furthermore, Gift Cards, undergarments & Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at office@markbaigent.com and send your item to: PT PMA Allain Baigent Group, Jalan Gunung Wayan 1-2, 80361 Kerobokan Bali.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PT PMA Allain Baigent Group, Jalan Gunung Wayan 1-2, 80361 Kerobokan Bali.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
